I had an eye test booked after 10 years. The staff were excellent, helpful and made the whole process very comfortable. The Optometrist; Urmi Varu was excellent, friendly and very through- I couldn't have asked for better service. I was asked to go back the following day, just as a follow-up, to ensure that all was ok- and it was. Very happy with the Service of Boots, the staff and the Optometrist. Would defiantly recommend!

Very professional. Everything was explained to me as it was being done. No waiting times. Easily lead between consultant room. I'm choosing the frames Chris was really helpful. He noted my budget and the style I liked. It only took a few frames but about 15 mins for me to pick one and Chris was really helpful the whole time. Finally the frames were cited by a third specialist who was also really helpful and chatty. The whole process was a lot more enjoyable than I was expecting it to be.
